When your account gets suspended, you generally research on what you should do to reinstate. In a hurry, many people make mistakes to spoil the appeal process. To avoid delay in suspension, there are certain practices that you should not do. It is very important to implement the right practice immediately after suspension. Here are some suggestions to guide you on what you should never do after account suspension.
- Don’t panic because of suspension
In the case of suspension, you should not panic. Rather take it as an opportunity to improve your business. What you need is a Plan of Action to develop your business to solve the issue and prevent it to occur again.
- Don’t submit your first appeal in a hurry
You should not rush in submitting your first appeal after suspension. Take time to understand the importance of the matter and work out properly to solve it.
- Don’t open a second account
Creating a second account without reinstating first account will lead you in more trouble. It is wastage of your valuable time. Amazon has a strong tracking system and it will link your second account to the suspended one and your second account will get suspended as well.
- Don’t alter the invoices
If you are suspended for inauthentic inventory, then do not modify the invoices to solve the problem. Amazon can easily find that it is a fake invoice. It is best to admit your business practices rather than tempering the documents.
- Don’t intimidate Amazon
Never intimidate Amazon for anything. It wants to be in touch with the seller directly. If there is an attorney in between it will stop responding until the seller comes directly to deal in the issue.
- Don’t contact Seller Support for reinstatement
There are two departments in Amazon. One is Seller Support and one is Seller Performance. Don’t contact Seller Support for reinstatement. Seller Performance can only help you to resolve issues related to suspension.
- Don’t be offensive
The suspension is a regular process of doing business with Amazon. Keep calm and proceed for reinstatement rather than being offensive and making the situation critical. Any kind of negative action never helps in the reinstatement of your account.
- Don’t start sending emails just after submitting the first appeal
After submitting the first proposal wait for at least one week. Seller Performance will reply only after reviewing the appeal on their end. Don’t panic and keep on sending multiple appeals.
- Don’t blame anyone
Do not blame either your customer or Amazon for getting suspended. If you feel that you have no faults and the mistake is for something else, just produce proofs to support that without pointing at others.
- Don’t contact anyone personally on Amazon
Contact only Seller Performance or Amazon Appeal Experts for reinstating your account. Do not contact any other on Amazon. It may harm your process of appealing. Follow the guidelines mentioned in your suspension letter. If you are unable to solve the issues you may contact the third party, authorized service providers and avoid doing the mistakes.
